How Booking Works

1. Start with a Complimentary Consultation

If you’re unsure where to begin, I recommend booking a short complimentary consultation. This gives us the chance to talk through what’s currently on your desk, understand the type of support you need, and determine the most suitable service.

There’s no pressure, just a helpful conversation to clarify next steps.

2. Choose the Right Session

Following our conversation, you can book the support option that best suits your needs, whether that’s a one-off session to tackle a specific task or regular assistance to help keep your admin under control.

This may include:

The Reset – focused time to clear backlogs, organise inboxes, files or paperwork, and bring immediate order back to your admin.

The Setup – putting simple systems in place, including digital tools, file structures and automation, so your admin runs more smoothly.

The Steady Desk – reliable administrative support delivered in structured time blocks, helping you stay on top of everyday tasks and ongoing admin.

Each session is delivered in structured time blocks so I can focus on completing the work efficiently.

3. Prepare for Your Session

Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a short email outlining the next steps. This usually includes sharing a simple task list and any relevant documents so I can make the most of your booked time.

4. I Get to Work

During your session, I focus on the tasks agreed in advance, working through them in a calm and structured way. The goal is simple: bring clarity, organisation and breathing space back to your admin.

5. Optional Follow-Up

After your session, you’re welcome to book a complimentary 30-minute follow-up within 7 days. This is an opportunity to review progress, ask questions, and make sure everything is working smoothly.
